Class Levels – More classes will be available in the future! We recommend completing 4 complete beginner classes and speaking to your instructor before moving on.
Important Information Before Your Class
While there are no strict weight limits for BungeeSuperfly®, our harnesses are designed to fit an adult XXS to XXL (size 4-22).
Arrival Time
To allow adequate set up time please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled class to allow enough time for harness fitting and bungee setup.
Unfortunately late arrivals who miss the warm-up may not be permitted to participate for safety reasons.
Equipment Included
- All classes include the hire of padding and safety gear (these are washed after every class)
Class Progression
We strongly recommend that all new participants complete at least one Beginner class and consult with the instructor before progressing to Intermediate or Advanced levels.
FAQ
What do I wear?
A tight comfortable top, high waisted leggings or shorts preferably black, clean lace up trainers not worn outdoors. Hair should be tied back if possible.

Before you attend
You will have to register your details and complete a PARQ form. This allows us to ensure you are ready and able to participate in the class.
Booking Info
Booking is on a first come first serve basis. Classes are priced at £14pp. Waiting lists are available if classes are full.
Nights to look forwards to
Bungee Fungee – Mother & Baby Classes
Our Mother & Baby Bungee classes are designed to help mums gently return to fitness in a fun, supportive environment.
For safety reasons, we recommend that mums wait until at least 6 months post-partum before joining this class. Bungee fitness is a dynamic, resistance-based workout, and we want to ensure your body has had adequate time to recover — particularly your core, pelvic floor and overall strength.
We also ask that babies are at a stage where they are confidently sitting or beginning to crawl, so they are more settled and comfortable during the session.
As always at Bungee Fungee, safety comes first. All participants must complete a health questionnaire before attending, and we strongly advise seeking medical clearance from your GP or health professional before returning to exercise after pregnancy.
